Vision
A courier experience in which a person can book a parcel, reach someone if there is a problem, and see where the shipment stands.
About us
Bombay Courier is the customer-facing courier service of a railway logistics practice that began in 1986 as RTM Rail Transport. The work is based in Mumbai and planned around how parcels actually move on the railway.
A courier experience in which a person can book a parcel, reach someone if there is a problem, and see where the shipment stands.
Use railway connectivity, careful handling, and a real point of contact to make sending a parcel across India less uncertain.
RTM Rail Transport has worked with railway parcel movement since 1986. That experience is the foundation of Bombay Courier. It is not a new fleet story. It is a courier service placed on top of a network the company already knows.
Railway connections reach cities and towns that road-only couriers often price out of reach. Bombay Courier uses that connectivity, then confirms pickup and delivery only where a local arrangement exists.
Bombay Courier started after a courier booking that offered no tracking, no reliable phone number, no response, and no confidence about arrival.
The railway parcel network was already moving goods through RTM Rail Transport. The idea was to open that network to ordinary customers, with someone to call and a tracking path that can be connected to a real shipment system.
Your Parcel. Our Responsibility.
The company continues the railway logistics work of RTM Rail Transport.
Parcel movement is planned around railway connectivity rather than a claimed road fleet.
Customers should be able to follow a parcel. Live status needs the tracking service to be connected.
A reachable phone number and a clear reply are part of the service, not an afterthought.
Reliability comes from known railway handling and a booking that is confirmed before dispatch.
Railway parcel movement is used to keep courier options practical for households and small businesses.
